Welcome to Up Close & Personalised. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Personalised Products

  • All items are made to order and personalised based on the information, images, or designs provided by you.

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, and uploaded photos before confirming your order, as we cannot be held responsible for errors made during submission.

  • By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

  • Please note: Colours, positioning, and sizing of designs may vary slightly from the preview images shown on our website. This is due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and the natural variations of materials used.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

  • You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately if there are any mistakes.

3. Production & Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on the product. Estimated dispatch times will be shown at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • As our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • If your product arrives faulty or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Normal wear and tear or customer mistakes in the personalisation process (e.g., incorrect spelling provided) are not grounds for a refund or replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, product descriptions, and website content are the property of Up Close & Personalised and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Products such as glass chopping boards and other household items should be used responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information provided during checkout will only be used to process your order and deliver your products.
