Returns & Cancellations

As our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your product arrives faulty or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear or customer mistakes in the personalisation process (e.g., incorrect spelling provided) are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
